Swim Team Head Coach

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all external and internal customers.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues and requests.
• Coaches a wide variety of skill levels.
• Responsible for the development of workouts and preparation for swim meets.
• Responsible for the supervision and coaching of swim team.
• Responsible for the supervision and leadership of any assistant swim team coaches or instructors.
• Responsible for organization of team and designated swimmers during weekly swim meets.
• Follow established City of University Park policies and procedures.
• Attend all staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular and punctual on-site attendance.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience.
• Preference American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
• American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.
