Tennis – Head Coach

Penn State Brandywine, located just outside of Philadelphia, in Media, Pa., is seeking a part-time head tennis coach. Penn State Brandywine is an NCAA DIII Provisional member that is competing in the United East Conference. Penn State Brandywine is working towards full NCAA membership.

Job Duties:

• Recruiting and retaining high quality student-athletes.
• Scheduling and coaching practices.
• Scheduling home and away competitions.
• Monitoring annual operational and recruiting budgets.
• Ensuring institutional, UEC, and NCAA obligations are met as head coach.
• Selecting, training, and supervising assistant coaches; and recruiting quality student-athletes.

Qualifications:

• Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years coaching experience at the collegiate or high school level and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and the FBI Criminal History Background Check.
