Team Idaho’s goal is to strengthen youth by helping them build character and develop life-long skills through track & field activities. All ability levels are welcome, from beginner to elite. Team Idaho participants practice on varied terrain while receiving impactful coaching and making friends.
Track & Field Frontline Staff, Coaches and Specialty Coaches will model and mentor character values, sportsmanship, teamwork, and general track and field skills. Ideal candidates will have the ability to teach and coach athletes of all ages and abilities. We are seeking Coaches and Specialty Coaches in a variety of disciplines including pole vault, long and triple Jump, and throws.
Starting Wage Range:
$7.89 (Frontline Staff)
$13.09 (Specialty Coaches)

Must be at least 16 for Instructor positions, 18 for coaching positions. Must have current CPR Certification, or ability to obtain within 45 days. Track & Field and/or Cross Country experience is required and must be detailed in resume or cover letter for consideration. Though not required, preference will be given to applicants with ASAFT Certifications or coaching education. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong teaching skills and the ability to communicate effectively with staff members and program participants. Must be able to create and maintain a safe and fun youth environment.
This is a part-time seasonal position offering 10-20 hours per week. Available shifts fall between the hours of Monday - Thursday 9am-11:30am and 6pm-8pm. Saturday shifts will be required due to meets, 8am-2pm. Please be specific about availability on your application.
