- High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D.
- Experience as a high school or middle school football coach, preferred.
- Background or course preparation in physical education, coaching, first-aid, CPR and sports medicine, preferred.
- Exhibit qualities of leadership and organizational ability and reflect a spirit of cooperation in working with staff, community booster group and school administrators.
