QUALIFICATIONS:

• Springfield School District seeks individuals who are committed to the mission and vision of the school.
• Individuals are hired based on their relevant experience and demonstration of responsibility and flexibility.
• Specifically, we are looking for staff members with: Belief in the mission and vision of the school.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Relentless commitment to raising academic achievement of all student-athletes.
• Organize and attend all practices and contests.
• Ability to motivate students.
• Ability to individualize instructions.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of rules and strategies.
• Experience as a coach preferred.
• Experience as a player preferred.
• Enthusiasm for the sport.
• Coaching certifications preferred (NFHS).
