Qualifications:

• Vibrant, growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Proficient in both technical and tactical skills related to specific sport.
• Certified in emergency care procedures (CPR, IMPACT, First Aid, and AED).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for the mission of Delmarva Christian Schools.
• Infinite hope in the success of every student.

Responsibilities:

• Uphold and enforce school and Board policies.
• Facilitate daily practices to train student athletes in both technical and tactical skills in order to improve both individual and team performance.
• Attend DCS coaches professional development workshops.
• Be available for professional development opportunities.
• Keep up to date on schedules by signing up for updates on Websites4sports for every sport, and by communicating with the Athletic Director.
