Description
The ideal applicant will have the ability to establish a positive, winning culture, maximize the number of participants and continue building a pipeline from the youth programs. The candidate must be passionate about working with student-athletes while understanding what working in a smaller school district entails.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- OSAA Certified Coach.
- High school Graduate.
- Previous successful high school coaching experience.
- Skills in working positively with adolescents.
- Understanding of successful teaching strategies.
- Good communication skills.
- Successful completion of fingerprint screening.
- First Aid CPR training.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed teaching/counselor experience.
- High school varsity football coaching experience.
- NFHS Coaching Certifications.
