Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree and Coaching Certification preferred but not required.
- Previous pitching coach experience at the high school, advanced club or higher levels is preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong record of coaching experience (knowledge of contemporary pitching mechanics/philosophies) coupled with a commitment to the ideals of a Catholic, Jesuit Secondary Education.
Position Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong teaching, leadership and organizational qualities within a competitive and comprehensive interscholastic golf program.

Foster a team environment that supports a strong work ethic and the appropriate behavior and sportsmanship of all participants.

Exhibit great passion for golf and the high school athletics experience.

Effectively and positively communicate with student-athletes, administration, parents and coaches.

Be available for practices and matches from mid-August – November (typically 5-6 days per week).

Collaborate with the Athletic Director in the creation of practice plans and match schedule.
