The Watertown Public Schools seeks an outstanding Volleyball assistant coach to coach the girl's volleyball team for the 2025-2026 school year. WPS is dedicated to excellence, equity, and community. Be a part of creating a bright future for WPS students.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coach the team they are assigned to.
- Take over the duties of the head coach when not present.
- Assist in coaching practices or games.
- Implement practice plans.
- Oversee scouting of opposition.
- Be a liaison between captains and head coach.
- Coordinate with the athletic office the rosters, awards, and medical issues tasks.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School degree or equivalent.
- Degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience coaching volleyball.
