Women’s Cross Country, Assistant Track and Field Coach

James Madison University, a Division I member of the NCAA, is accepting applications for a Head Women’s Cross Country Coach, Assistant Track and Field Coach to work within a highly competitive program. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive, fully-funded benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Collegiate track and field coaching experience, including experience coaching at a NCAA Championship level.
• Coaching experience in all distance and middle distance events as well as cross country.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop high level student athletes.
• Administrative and Organizational Skills.
