Women’s Soccer – Assistant Coach

The Women's Soccer program at California State University, Fullerton is a highly competitive program which competes in the NCAA Division I Big West Conference. The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach reports directly to the Head Women's Soccer Coach and they assist with coaching in this program in addition to the following duties:

• Assist with coaching a highly competitive women's soccer program which competes ln the NCAA Division I Big West Conference.
• Recruit Division I quality student-athletes.
• Must be committed to the academic goals of the University and follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the NCAA and the Big West Conference.
• Assist with monitoring the academic progress of student athletes.
• Assist the head coach with budget, travel, and scheduling of opponents.
• Assist with team practice and game-day coaching responsibilities.
• Scout and conduct statistical analysis of recruits and opponents.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree desired.
• Two years of collegiate women's soccer coaching experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit highly skilled student athletes.
• Possession of excellent Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of NCAA Division I rules and regulations.
