Description
The Women's Soccer program at California State University, Fullerton is a highly competitive program which competes in the NCAA Division I Big West Conference. The Assistant Women's Soccer Coach reports directly to the Head Women's Soccer Coach and they assist with coaching in this program in addition to the following duties:
- Assist with coaching a highly competitive women's soccer program which competes ln the NCAA Division I Big West Conference.
- Recruit Division I quality student-athletes.
- Must be committed to the academic goals of the University and follow the rules and guidelines set forth by the NCAA and the Big West Conference.
- Assist with monitoring the academic progress of student athletes.
- Assist the head coach with budget, travel, and scheduling of opponents.
- Assist with team practice and game-day coaching responsibilities.
- Scout and conduct statistical analysis of recruits and opponents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree desired.
- Two years of collegiate women's soccer coaching experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit highly skilled student athletes.
- Possession of excellent Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of NCAA Division I rules and regulations.
