Responsibilities:

• Understanding wrestling.
• Studying the skills and abilities of the players to maximize performance.
• Devising match strategies.
• Developing ideas to optimize performance.
• Providing mentorship.
• Teaching players the rules of the game.
• Training assistant coaches.

Requirements:

• Previous experience with wrestling.
• A solid understanding of wrestling.
• Be able to motivate players.
• Good leadership skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Have an excellent communication skills.
