Youth Basketball Coach

Pro Skills Basketball (PSB) is a premier national youth basketball organization, and we are looking for coaches to lead our grade school and high school club teams in Washington DC in 2025!

The ideal candidate:

• Believes in the educational experience of youth sports and prioritizes educational experiences over wins & losses.
• Possesses strong mentorship and leadership skills.
• Clearly and positively communicates with kids and adults.
• Possesses strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop players with a philosophy that aligns with PSB’s mission and values.
• Communicate regularly with team families concerning logistics and all team activities.
• Be consistently engaged with PSB stakeholders and address concerns quickly, with a positive attitude.
• Travel to various local practice gyms and tournaments as assigned.
