Description
The CARA Track Head Coach Sports Supervisor Program position is an integral part of the City of Greeley's Recreation Division and is responsible for the on-site supervision and management of recreation services, programs, and events. The Program Supervisor will report to the Recreation Coordinator and/or the Recreation Leader and provide oversight and leadership to hourly staff and volunteers. The Program Supervisor is expected to exercise sound judgment and effectively serve all areas of the program.

Essential Functions:
- Aides in the oversight and delivery of Greeley Recreation programs, services, and special events, supporting and leading other part-time staff including, but not limited to, officials and scorekeepers.
- Prepares gym/field for play by setting up any necessary equipment and inspect the site to ensure participant safety.
- Works effectively and productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Explains and enforces facility and/or program rules, policies, and procedures while positively representing the City.
- Provides first-rate customer support to members, guests, participants, and the public, resolving immediate concerns as best as possible with the established guidelines and framework of the facility and/or program.
- Acts quickly, calmly, and appropriately in emergency situations.
