Job Overview
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree preferably in sports management, physical education, or related field.
- Four (4) years of experience in facility operations or athletic event operations in youth, club, intercollegiate or professional athletics. Experience includes any graduate assistant or internship roles.
- Leadership experience.
- Ability to be flexible regarding daily work schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to establish and maintain driver eligibility under CSU’s Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy.
- Oversees the operations of athletics facilities, including coordination of maintenance requests, renovation projects, and facility rental agreements.
- Manages game-day operations for all varsity sports to ensure smooth execution in accordance with Cleveland State University (CSU), NCAA, and league policies.
- Assists in administering the access control system for athletics facilities.
- Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
