Job Overview
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling games as directed by Head Coach.
- Ability to identify and recruit quality student-athletes on a national and regional level.
- Prepares and presents scouting reports.
- Ability to generate ideas and strategies to help promote the Women’s Basketball Program.
- Assist in planning and organizing practices.
- Assists with summer camps.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Master’s preferred and collegiate experience preferred.
- Ability to draw upon coaching/playing experience and contribute to technical training as well as in match tactical adjustment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of compliance with NCAA and conference rules and regulations.
- May include knowledge base in sport specific platforms/software.
- Candidates should have experience working in a culturally diverse environment and experience with college basketball coaching and recruiting.
- Understanding of and compliance with NCAA rules and regulations.
- Commitment to the mission of Jesuit higher education.
