Job Overview
Duties:
- Assist Head Coach with recruiting.
- Assist Head Coach with scouting and film.
- Assist Head Coach with organization and execution of summer camps.
- Assist Head Coach with scheduling and organizing team related activities.
- Assist Head Coach with player development program.
- Handle all basketball operations: including but not limited to travel arrangements, food, and hotels.
- Monitor academic progress of student-athletes.
- Maintain current knowledge and abides by policies, procedures, and rules of NCAA/HCAC.
- Demonstrates integrity and upholds the values and mission of the University.
- Maintains relationships with media and public to enhance the promotion of the University.
- Supports entire athletic program.
- Other duties appropriate to skills and training as assigned by supervisors.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Masters degree preferred.
- Proficient in the use of: Coaching, University vans, audiovisual, Microsoft, Macintosh, First Aid, and CPR.
- Preferred proficient in the use of software: Synergy Sports, Fast Scout, Fast Draw, Slate, Boxout Sports.
