Job Overview
Requirements:
- Coaching Flag Football is preferred but not required.
- A working knowledge or ability to learn the rules, strategy, field dimensions, and coaching techniques is essential.
- Scorekeeping and/or game officiating abilities are also a plus.
- Teach flag football to high school girls.
- Prepare and implement sequential lesson plans for practices.
- Assist with evaluations and drafts for JV/V teams, sport evaluations, and scheduling games and practices.
- Scorekeeping and officiating as needed.
- Prepare fields for games and assist with uniform distribution.
- Provide custodial care of equipment and supplies associated with the sports program.
- Interact professionally with parents and participants.
- Assist in the organization, implementation, and supervision of the Flag Football program under the direction of the Head Coach.
- Complete any other responsibilities assigned by the Head Coach.
