Responsibilities:
- Assists Head Coach in running a competitive cross country program.
- Follows and maintains knowledge of all District policies and procedures.
- Abides by strict confidentiality at all times.
- Attends work on a consistent and punctual basis.
- Creates a sense of belonging and welcoming environment for all athletes, parents, and staff.
- Onsite work required.
- Assists with other duties as assigned.
- A current Iowa Department of Education coaching authorization or coaching endorsement.
- Concussion certification.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Cross country coaching experience preferred.
