The Head Baseball Coach is responsible for building and sustaining a competitive baseball program while serving as an Assistant Football Coach. This role focuses on player development, leadership, and fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead baseball practices, game preparation, and team management.
- Manage team logistics, including scheduling, budgets, and equipment.
- Promote strength and conditioning programs for both sports.
- Encourage multi-sport participation and collaborate with other coaches.
- Assist in football coaching responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field (preferred).
- Valid Arkansas teaching license.
- High school or collegiate coaching experience (preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to strength and conditioning as a key component of player development.
- Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends.
