Job Overview
The Head Coach for Men’s and Women’s Track & Field / Cross Country plans and directs the conditioning, training, and performance of student athletes, along with fiscal program management, and recruiting for Keystone College while adhering to all Division III NCAA, United East, Athletic Department, and College rules and regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead practice, conditioning, and workouts.
- Budgeting, scheduling, coaching, coordinating transportation.
- Monitor Academic Progress.
- Site Supervision and administrative duties as assigned.
- Adhering to all Division III NCAA, United East Conference, Athletic Department, and College rules and regulations.
- Promoting the program through community events and public relations activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required.
- Must be available for evening and weekend to travel as necessary.
- Valid driver’s license required.
