- Varsity Head Football Coaching experience of at least one year required.
- Knowledge of effective and innovative instructional and student evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of instructional technology and its applications to teaching.
- Experience working with high school students preferred.
- Willingness to work with other teachers to promote interdisciplinary studies.
- Extensive knowledge of interscholastic athletic policies/regulations.
- Skill in interpersonal relations with pupils, parents, teachers, staff and the general public.
- Proven winning record.
- Effective management and organization skills.
- Fosters the development of the student athlete in high school and support the academic and athletic transition to the next level.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding references from current and former supervisors.
