Mountain Brook High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Head Swim and Dive Coach to lead our swim and dive program. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching, a strong understanding of swim and dive while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct practices, meets, and competitions.
• Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive team culture.
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school administration.
• Monitor and support the academic progress of student-athletes.
• Collaborate with the athletic department to promote the swim and dive program.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience in swim and dive is preferred.
• Knowledge of swimming and diving techniques and strategies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
