Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop the high school golf team throughout the season.
- Plan and conduct practices, focusing on skill development, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
- Prepare the team for local and regional competitions.
- Follow all school and VPA guidelines.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to support athletes’ growth.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive team environment.
- Experience playing and/or coaching golf at the high school level or higher.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor student-athletes.
- Understanding of high school athletics and eligibility requirements.
- Commitment to student development on and off the course.
