Job Overview
The Girls JV Soccer Coach is responsible for maintaining a focus on the team’s development and continuous improvement throughout the season, by directing student athletes at practice, during transportation, and at other schools or other locations. The assistant coach is a primary role model of coaching for our staff, parents, community and students and promotes and projects leadership qualities for all student-athletes.
Qualifications:
- High School level or college level playing or coaching experience.
- Leadership and communication skills.
- Positive attitude on a daily basis.
- MPA Certified Coach.
- CPR/First Aid Certified.
- NFHS Certified (Sport Specific/Concussion).
- Planning and scheduling regular practice plans/programs.
- Working closely with Head Coach on scheduling & game day logistics.
- Managing equipment inventory.
- Supporting and adhering to all School Policies and Expectations.
- Additional responsibilities as needed.
