Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Plan warm-up, conditioning and tennis drills for practice.
- Document and help plan weekly Biblical character lessons (Mark 12:30).
- Instruct skills necessary for playing tennis at a MS competitive level.
- Attend all MS tennis matches and practices.
- When necessary, assist with tennis tryouts for Middle School tennis teams.
- Manage miscellaneous items.
- Ability to motivate and improve performance of athletes.
- A strong commitment to the positive development of the tennis program at TCA.
- Ability to instill teamwork and community within a group of athletes pointing them to Christ.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with middle school athletes in tennis.
- Knowledge of the sport of tennis.
- Ability to build a good rapport with student and parents.
- Fully in line with TCA's Christian values and Biblical Statements and Policies.
