Job Overview
What you will do:
- Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients.
- Provides outpatient and inpatient coverage - the role is primarily outpatient focused, split approximately 75%/25%.
- Evaluate, assess, develop a plan of care & provide treatment/interventions to primarily adult patients who have a medical or other health related condition that limits their ability to move or function with activities of daily living.
- Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.
- MN Licensed Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in physical therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved curriculum in Physical Therapy.
- BLS for healthcare workers.
