Qualifications:

1. CPR/AED Certification required.
2. First Aid Certification preferred.
3. CAP Certification Preferred.
4. Substantial knowledge of the fundamental and technical aspects of Volleyball.
5. Ability to effectively build a Volleyball program, and development of the athletes as Volleyball players.
6. Must abide by the Waterford School District Coaches Handbook and overall District athletic philosophy.

Essential Functions:

1. Plan, organize and facilitate practices.
2. Oversee and manage competitions.
3. Assist participants in developing Volleyball skills.
4. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
5. Work effectively with the entire coaching staff and athletic department.
6. Teach, maintain and enforce character and academic expectations within the program.
