2. Efficient Organization and Execution of Lesson Plans.

5. Demonstration of Effective Teaching Strategy.
6. Appropriate Use of Technology in the Classroom.
7. Promotion of Equity and Fairness.
8. Measurement of Student Achievement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s Degree required, in the area of certification preferred.
2. Ability to Pass relevant MTEL/Praxis requirements within one year of employment
3. Experience using technology in the classroom preferred.
4. At least one year of teaching experience preferred.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
6. Ability to relate well to others.
