Atlantic Health's Atlantic Rehabilitation's Pediatric Rehabilitation team at 55 Madison Ave is seeking a passionate physical therapist looking to work with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. The primary focus will be working with children ages 0-16 with orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate pediatric patients with orthopedic, neurologic and developmental conditions affecting strength and mobility.
2. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child and family's needs and goals.
3. Provide parent/caregiver education and home exercise programs.
4. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other care team members.
5. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Terminal degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, required.
2. Current NJ license as a Physical Therapist, required.
3. Minimum 2-3 years of pediatric PT experience preferred in an outpatient setting is strongly preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset, is strongly preferred.
