Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and lead track and field practices and competitions.
2. Develop training schedules and ensure effective preparation for meets.
3. Mentor student-athletes, emphasizing Christian values, discipline, and teamwork.
4. Collaborate with school administration to ensure academic and athletic success.
5. Promote the program and build community support.

Qualifications:

1. Previous coaching experience, preferably track and field.
2. Strong knowledge of track and field training methods and race strategies.
3. A passion for working with young athletes in a Christian setting.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Ability to serve as a positive role model for student-athletes.
6. Start date: Spring 2026.
