Central Michigan University is seeking two assistant women’s lacrosse coaches. The assistant coaches will work closely with support staff for peak performance of student-athletes as well as their development and academic success.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree by date of appointment.
2. Playing or coaching experience.
3. Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree.
2. Division I playing experience.
3. At least one year collegiate coaching experience at the Division I or II level.
4. Experience in skill instruction.
5. Experience in small group design and work.
6. Experience in offensive strategy and offensive transition.
7. Experience in draw technique.
