Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans.
2. Providing evidence-based physical therapy services to inpatients and other designated levels of care.
3. Supervising and guiding supportive staff and therapy students.
4. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
5. Documenting treatments, progress, and care plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
6. Participating in safety procedures, quality improvement activities, and department initiatives.

Education and Experience:

1. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
2. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kansas.
3. Must have, or immediately obtain Basic life support (BLS) certification. Must maintain BLS certification.
