Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop year-round training and skill development plans to improve individual and team performance.
  2. Manage game strategy, practice planning, strength and conditioning coordination, and scouting.
  3. Supervise and mentor assistant coaches and support staff.
  4. Handle scheduling, travel logistics, equipment inventory, and budget planning.
  5. Promote the program within the school, alumni network, and South Florida softball community.
  6. Foster personal and spiritual growth among student-athletes.
  7. Serve as a liaison between athletics, parents, faculty, and school leadership.
  8. Support student-athletes in academic accountability and college recruitment.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record of program development and competitive success.
  2. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  3. Must model ethical behavior, integrity, and Christ-centered leadership.
  4. Must successfully complete background screening and Archdiocese of Miami compliance requirements.
