Responsibilities:

1. Assist with coaching strategies to maintain a highly competitive Division I soccer program.
2. Identify and evaluate talent and cultivate productive recruiting relationships with prospects, coaches and other key stakeholders.
3. Assist with all recruit visits.
4. Ability to create and run applicable training sessions.
5. Provide positively focused mentorship and guidance to student-athletes.
6. Coordinate team logistics and serve as program liaison for designated support areas.
7. Coordinate pre-season housing and meals.
8. Assist with fund-raising activities and complete other administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.
9. Traveling with team and working evenings as well as weekends is required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. Three years of coaching experience at an NCAA program, preferably with a Division I program.
3. Collegiate or international playing experiences preferred.
4. Thorough knowledge of recruiting practices and NCAA regulations required.
5. Strong verbal and written communication and management skills required.
