In this Role You'll Get To:

1. Support and educate players on strength and conditioning.
2. Aid in the creation of player performance reviews, including film analysis to prepare player-specific practice training.
3. Help us with game day preparation for players from evaluation and knowledge of opponents.
4. Participate in the planning and strategy of the players for each team practice.
5. Keep the coach informed of players' classroom performance.
6. Assist the head coach with required expense forms and NCAA and Teamworks reporting.
7. Help us plan SNHU Tennis Fundraising events.
8. Work with team captains and provide feedback to athletes.
9. Attend events/recruiting showcases throughout the year.
10. Organize and collect all forms necessary for a PSA recruit NCAA official visit.
11. Travel with the team to away games that could involve overnight trips.
12. Work with Head Coach to support us and our vision for the program.

Qualifications:

1. 1+ years of coaching experience or 3+ years of playing experience at the high school or college level.
2. Bachelor's degree.
3. Experience coordinating gameday set up and break down of courts, video cameras, download film, organize the hour before match tasks, and exchange of lineup with the opponent coaching staff.
4. Valid drivers' license and availability for van transportation of players.
