Duties:

1. Coaching games and practices;
2. Designing practice plans;
3. Coordinating responsibilities with assistant coach(es);
4. Supporting college placement for student-athletes;
5. Collaborating with the Taft admissions office and college counseling office; and
6. Communicating with various stakeholders, including families.

Qualifications:

1. Previous high-level coaching experience;
2. Strong interpersonal, communication, and professional skills; and,
3. A desire to work with engaged and motivated student-athletes.
