Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices.
2. Provide individual and group instruction to players.
3. Assist with game day preparations, including strategy development and player readiness.
4. Attend all team meetings, practices, and games.
5. Help maintain a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

1. Previous coaching experience, preferably in volleyball
2. Strong knowledge of the rules and strategies of volleyball
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work effectively with student-athletes of varying skill levels
5. Passion for coaching and developing young athletes
