The Volleyball Coach is responsible for planning, organizing, and leading practices and games to help student-athletes develop skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude. Teach volleyball fundamentals, rules, and strategies with an emphasis on skill development and team communication.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and conduct regular practices.
2. Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and rules of volleyball.
3. Promote teamwork, respect, and good sportsmanship.
4. Supervise student-athletes during practices, games, and travel as needed.
5. Communicate with athletic director, school administration, players, and families.
6. Ensure player safety through proper instruction and monitoring.
7. Manage equipment and uniforms as assigned.
8. Follow all school district and athletics program policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Prior experience playing or coaching volleyball preferred.
2. Strong communication and leadership skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families.
4. Commitment to supporting students both on and off the court.
5. Must meet school district coaching eligibility requirements
