Qualifications:

1. Masters degree with emphasis in sports administration, physical education, sports sciences or closely related field.
2. One to two years successful coaching experience.
3. Must be CPR, First Aid and AED certified or able to obtain it within (3) months of employment.
4. Must have a valid Florida Driver's License or be able to obtain it within three (3) months of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruits and instructs student athletes.
2. Coordinates and coaches’ team at games and tournaments.
3. Schedules and supervises team practices.
4. Promotes athletic program for the College.
5. Monitors academic progress of students and assists with potential problems.
6. Provides information to support periodic and special reports documenting team activities and events.
7. Assists with the coordination and oversight of living arrangements for student athletes.
8. Teach College credit courses as assigned.
