Qualifications:

1. Associate’s degree or higher.
2. Two (2) years of work experience in athletic programs.
3. Demonstrated computer skills, organizational skills, time management skills.
4. Work evening and / or weekends as needed.
5. A valid driver’s license required.

Job Duties:

1. Assist with managing all responsibilities of the baseball program including planning, coaching, travel and recruiting.
2. Manage equipment, supplies and apparel inventory.
3. Maintain a working knowledge of NJCAA and Region XIV rules.
4. Assist with alumni relations and fundraising efforts for the baseball program and Athletic Department.
5. Plan, organize and conduct baseball camps and clinics.
6. Maintain accuracy of team statistics.
7. Perform baseball game day bat testing procedures.
