Required Qualifications:
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
- Fundamentals of Coaching course per NFHS.
- Previous high school or college playing experience.
- High school, club or college coaching experience.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and provide program oversight.
- Understands and teaches skills/fundamentals, rules of sport and associations; including technical and tactical components of the game.
- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and communicates clearly with athletes and parents.
- Ability to supervise and monitor team in various setting.
- Mentor and develop relationships with student-athletes and encourage a healthy, fun and competitive outlook in sport.
- Previous coaching experience.
- Previous high school coaching experience.
- Certified Educator.
