Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Girls' Varsity Soccer program, including team management, player development, and program strategy.
- Collaborate with the Director of Athletics to actively recruit and engage prospective student-athletes and their families during the admissions process.
- Plan and lead regular team practices in collaboration with an assistant coach.
- Coach and support the team during regular and postseason competitions, including travel arrangements.
- Significant playing and coaching experience at the secondary or post-secondary level.
- Proven ability to build positive and healthy relationships with a diverse range of adolescents.
- A demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment.
- Preferred candidates will be qualified to serve as full-time faculty members by filling a teaching or administrative role at the Academy.
