Position Summary:

The Administrative Assistant (Secondary) provides comprehensive support to the Athletic Director and Assistant Principal in coordinating and managing high school athletic programs, activities, and events. This position is responsible for scheduling, event coordination, eligibility tracking, student-athlete attendance, communication with coaches, officials, and families, and ensuring compliance with district and Colorado High School Activities Association requirements.

In addition, the role performs a variety of administrative functions, including maintaining rosters, managing athlete registration, coordinating calendars and facility use, processing correspondence and records, supporting sport-specific logistics such as uniform distribution, concessions management and special events. The position also assists with the day-to-day operational needs of the high school to ensure efficient and effective program support.
