About the Role
CMC Athletics seeks an Assistant Coach or Associate Head Coach for Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving who also serves as Aquatics Operations Manager. The role involves leading training sessions, recruiting scholar-athletes, coordinating team travel, and overseeing pool facility operations including lifeguard staffing. This is a full-time, 11-month, exempt position reporting to the Head Coach.
