About the Role
This full-time, year-round position assists the Head Football Coach at Claremont McKenna College with team meetings, practices, recruiting, travel logistics, and compliance. The coach also runs the team’s strength and conditioning program, supervises assistant coaches, and helps develop offensive or defensive game plans, along with administrative and recruiting duties.
