Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach

Pomona College is seeking a motivated and highly organized individual to join our team as the Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for basketball and developing student-athletes to join a dynamic and successful program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in basketball as well as a commitment to student success and well-being.The successful candidate will have a strong basketball background with a minimum of two years of coaching experience, preferably at the college level. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to assist in developing and running practice plans, recruiting and mentoring student-athletes, and game day preparation. In addition, the successful candidate will be committed to the overall success of the student-athletes and their academic, personal, and athletic development. A collaborative and team-oriented approach is essential to success in this position.
