The best way to support a student who reaches 99% is to hold the line and refuse to call it 100%.
At Alpha, this isn’t up for discussion. It’s the operating principle behind every interaction. Academic instruction happens through self-paced applications, not through traditional front-of-room teaching. This structure allows you to focus on what truly transforms outcomes: facilitating high-impact sessions on public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback. You’ll use live analytics to drive every student toward goal completion. You’ll develop the Guides who support you in this work. Your resources are performance data, a structured methodology, and the executive presence that commands attention from middle schoolers.
A typical morning begins with individual coaching for a Guide, examining Coachbot data and pinpointing where a student group is underperforming. By midday you’re running a structured workshop with students, executing a playbook exercise on feedback dynamics. Afternoon hours are dedicated to motivation work: one-on-one student conversations, identifying their intrinsic drivers, and leveraging Alpha’s reward architecture (campus currency, performance rankings) to re-engage a reluctant seventh grader. You maintain direct responsibility for a cohort, which keeps you proficient in the same competencies you’re teaching others.
You are accountable for three measurable promises: students love school, they progress at double the traditional classroom rate, and they develop essential life competencies. You begin coaching other Guides immediately. As you demonstrate scalable impact, your authority over campus-wide program standards increases.
Uphold the standard. Transform the student. Apply today.
