Director of Multimedia

Bridgeport, Pennsylvania, The Collegiate Water Polo Association is seeking an individual that has significant experience in the broadcast production of live sports. This full-time position begins this summer. Recent graduates or those with a few years in the field are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

•Managing championship and regular season broadcasts throughout the country
•Producing new content and creation of highlight videos
•Producing commercials and educational content
•Supervising interns

•    Live broadcast and technical director experience essential  •    Background in video editing is critical  •    Must possess strong integrity, responsibility, and honesty as core characteristics •    Sense of humor and ability to get along with others is extremely important •    Must be capable of working independently without daily direction •    Knowledge of water polo not required Salary is negotiable with a flexible schedule, 3 weeks paid vacation, benefits, and retirement plan
