About the Role
Serco seeks a full-time Installation Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Army’s Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program at Fort Polk, LA. The role advises the Brigade Performance Director, develops and manages strength and conditioning programs for Soldiers, and mentors other coaches. Requires a related master’s degree or bachelor’s plus experience, along with NSCA or CSCCA certification.
